Chef ERic Greer

Hi, I’m Eric Greer. I was born and raised in Louisiana and I am currently on a journey to becoming a multi-cultured chef, hopefully a Michelin-starred chef, and a chef for the President of the United States. I am a proud part of our nation’s defense team.

I have been cooking and studying Culinary Arts since the age of 14. When I decided to become a chef at 16, I left my hometown and began my journey in culinary school. After two years of rigorous training, I graduated and became a Commis Chef under Chef Jo Dell and Chef Alex Gorden.

After my culinary school training, I returned to my hometown and gained employment at my first job as a line cook. Over the years, I gained more and more knowledge about various types of kitchens and restaurant styles.

In 2023, I earned the position of Sous Chef at a prestigious private club, The Lotus Club of Monroe, working under Chef Sharron and Chef Darrius. I had the wonderful opportunity of serving amazing meals to the Mayor of Monroe and meeting Celebrity Chef Cory Bahr.

Later that year, I decided to join our national army to help me get closer to my goals and be part of something bigger than myself. Currently, I am working on a seasoning, sauces, and recipe book line.

As this journey continues, I will strive to reach my ultimate goals and hopefully one day become a Michelin star chef and chef for the United States President.
